Ordering Information/General Terms
As a company we will endeavor to fully meet your expectations, and work with you as flexibly as we can. We are happy to carry out calculations for you and offer advice as required. You can view our cast iron radiators at our showrooms in Richmond, North Yorkshire we have on display both the Victorian Range of cast iron radiators also the ornate radiators or call the sales office in the showroom on 01748 821500 for any advice you require.

You can order on-line, we do however prefer to speak to customers directly.
CAST IRON RADIATORS
Please note (Unlike many of our competitors) all our cast iron radiators are hand assembled in the UK to your specification, tested to conform to BS EN442-1 and BS EN442-2 and pressure tested to 8 BAR. All our cast radiators are guaranteed for 10 years.

THE ASSEMBLY PROCESS
DIMENSIONS
All our traditional cast iron radiators are individually hand cast and assembled, meaning lengths and widths of the radiators can vary slightly. We advise that you take delivery of your radiators before installing your pipework. Measurements given are a guide only. Unless otherwise specifically requested, radiators will be supplied bushed with ½” bushes.
PAINTING
Please be aware that colours presented online will vary between different monitors and that printed colours may vary slightly from the actual paint colour. If in doubt a visit to our showrooms is advised or we can arrange for a colour swatch to be sent.
PAYMENT
Payment for goods is required in full when placing your order, the reason for this is the radiators are assembled to your requirements. Refunds cannot be given on cancelled orders as they are bespoke items made to your specification.
DELIVERY
Our standard charge for delivery is £40 +VAT(excluding ROI, Ireland and Channel Island - delivery price available on application) on orders over £1000 excluding VAT delivery is free. Certain locations for example Northern Scotland attract a sur-charge you will be notified when placing you order. When ordering on-line choose shipping 2.
Premium Services
Our lead time is 2 weeks this can fluctuate, delivery dates are approximate and no liability whatsoever is accepted in respect of late deliveries. Customers are notified of confirmed delivery dates 2-3 days before dispatch to arrange a convient delivery date.
Radiators will be shipped by an independent haulage company using a HGV. When shipped using this method the haulage company will attempt to deliver pallets as close as possible to your main entrance, usually to the closest hard-standing area. The drivers are not contracted to remove items from the pallet, or to carry items into the customers property due to their insurance. Clients should warn the Company if there is restricted access, or graveled driveways etc. Cast iron radiators are very heavy items and usually need 2 strong people to move them, the larger radiators may need more.
The customer must make sure there is someone in the house on the agreed delivery date. Our standard delivery times are between 9am and 5pm for timed, and/or Saturday deliveries which can be arranged at an additional charge contact our office to arrange. The Company reserves the right to charge a redelivery fee should redelivery be necessary. Cast iron radiators are very heavy, please ensure that there is sufficient manpower to unload the pallet.
Please ensure that goods are unpacked when they are delivered and checked. Any goods damaged in transit must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. The Company will not be held liable for any damaged goods if not reported to us within this three day time period. The Company cannot be held responsible for any damage occurring after delivery.

Our Victorian range of cast iron radiators are our most popular design and represent excellent value for money. The cast iron radiator originates from the 1880's and work both in traditional and contemporary settings. The Victorian cast iron radiators come in 5 heights 340mm, 460mm, 660mm, 760mm and 810mm. Our cast iron radiators can be supplied primed, painted, antiqued and fully polished. We deliver our cast radiators nationwide. We also stock a classic Victorian 9 column radiator prefect for under windows.
The Bordeaux Ornate Cast Iron Radiator
Our Bordeaux cast iron radiators are a classic French design and will grace any setting. Based on an original cast iron radiator from France the elegant scroll work makes a real statement. The Bordeaux cast iron radiators are available in 3 heights 595mm, 780 and 975mm. We deliver our period cast iron radiators nationwide.
The Old School Traditional Cast Iron Radiators
The Old School cast iron radiator range is a classic design often referred to as duchess cast iron radiators. They work in most settings. The Old school cast iron rads are available in 2 heights 595mm and 780mm. We deliver our traditional radiators nationwide. We also stock a slimmer version of the old school radiator called the princess cast iron radiator.
Ornate Cast Iron Radiators
Our range of ornate cast iron radiators are high quality excellent castings. Don't be fooled by cheaper alternatives. Our range includes the Ribbon cast iron radiator originally manufactured in 1880, the Rococo, cast iron radiators originating from France, The Orleans cast iron radiator which is classic art deco, The Verona cast iron radiators which have stunning cherubs in their design, The Chelsea cast iron radiator modelled from an original from Chelsea Barracks and finally the Daisy Cast Iron Radiator a classic design which we call the Bordeaux.
