The EPSON Express is open from 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. The centre has been set up by EPSON to provide help and to repair EPSON inkjet printers that are under EPSON cover. We will do all that we can to get your printer back up and running within 30 minutes of your arrival at Draw Write. However if there is another printer being worked on then we will implement a first come first served basis.

WHAT TO BRING
All that we require from you is that when you bring in your printer you also bring your proof of purchase to enable us to repair or replace your faulty printer. However if you do not have any paperwork we can still check to see if the printer is covered by EPSON by using software provided to us by EPSON (U.K) which will allow us to detail the date of production. If this date is outwith the cover period then there would be a charge made if the printer is to be repaired by Draw Write engineers.
